The easy way to fix the Russian language error, is to delete the folder (rus), and duplicate the (eng) folder and rename the copy (rus).

Further to my comment below, it appears that the game is not compatible (as 32-bit) with more recent windows OS (as 64-bit).
If you have an OS which is 32-bit this may work for you. If not, consider installing a secondary OS through portioning your hard drive.

Hi all, I might be able to help.. I'm getting the same problem as you all with the game being in Russian. If you only want to figure out how to get it to work, skip to the third section, lol.
I did a little digging. There's a SETUP.INI file included in the download which is a configuration file for the setup. Open it with Notepad and it'll tell you 'EnableLangDlg=Y', which means the setup SHOULD prompt you on which language you want to install with. The problem was that I didn't notice this because the setup process wasn't in English but in Question marks (so I presume in Cyrillic/Russian, and my PC couldn't display it?) Like, instead of words, it just displays '???????? ?????? ??? ????????? ? ??????' etc. etc. SO I didn't notice when I was prompted. But it's there.
To set the game up in English, get to the second page of the setup process. There should be two choices in a table, each of which can be highlighted: one that looks like 'Aieeeneay aadney, 600 la' on top and one that looks like 'Donneay aadney, 600 la' on the bottom. The TOP option is English ('Aiaeeeneay'). Bumble your way through the rest of the setup and you should be OK. I did, opened the game, and it's in English.
This MIGHT not work for you because your PC might show the Question marks differently.

Since there is no folder called 'Install' I'm trying to copy the English folder to all different Setup folders. The folders respond immediately, by opening the game in Russian anyway!!!
There is probably something simple I am not seeing, but is there any way to change the settings to Russian? What I'm reading here doesn't work!

Contents. History Football in Rhyl dates from the late 1870s and at one time there were several Rhyl clubs in existence. Became founder members of the Welsh League, formed in 1890, but withdrew the following year. They reformed as Rhyl Athletic in 1893 and became founder members of the North Wales Coast League, winning the title in 1894–95. Seeking relief from the onerous travelling to the Birmingham area, Rhyl successfully applied to join the in 1936 and began one of the most successful chapters in the club's history. In a post-war purple patch, Rhyl won the league title twice – in 1947–48 and 1950–51 – and the twice in succession. In 1952, they beat 4–3 and became the first non-league side in the modern era to retain the trophy, by defeating 2–1 the following season. Rhyl had been losing finalists to in 1930 and in 1937, but did not feature in the final again until 1993, when they lost 5–0 to.
